About the role:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.

• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document business processes and objectives.

• Design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices.

• Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process automation, custom objects, and reports.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.

• Create user documentation and training materials.

• Monitor and maintain Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement improvements.

• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend enhancements.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
