As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position focuses on maintaining high levels of code quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning technical efforts with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving successful project outcomes and fostering an environment of continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in managing and optimizing master data processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to complex business needs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support seamless data flow across systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
