As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement, and enhance marketplace reputation. You will shape client strategy, work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, and implement technology best practice business changes.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
  -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts.
• Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
