Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Service Now modules to align with organizational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Ability to integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the Service Now platform.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Service Now implementations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
