Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various teams and continuous assessment of business workflows are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the organization s objectives are effectively supported by its processes and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Provide specialized support to C&IB & the wider Banks global user community on market data needs
• Develop a strong understanding of the business, services, procedures and processes in order to identify opportunities for improvements ##Seek out industry trends to generate and recommend alternative approaches
• Look for ways to leverage vendors and service partners to enhance service ##Understanding of all vendor agreement terms such as, payment models, termination clauses, legal aspects, distribution restrictions (Marketing) in efforts to ensure appropriate usage
• Perform research and analysis on existing and new market data products & financial planning periods
• Maintaining relationships and involved in negotiating contracts with vendors to attain the most favorable terms
• Maintenance and preparation of third-party provide/exchange exhibits and contracts, including application use questionnaires and network diagrams
• Interpretation of bulletins from exchanges and third parties as to reporting obligations ##Maintain awareness of third-party market data licensing policies
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience in mapping business processes and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques used for data collection and analysis.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• This position is based at our Gurugram client office and requires to work 3 days / week from client office
• A 15 years full time education is required.
