Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for End‑to‑End Procure to Pay (PTP) processes

• Analyze end‑to‑end processes to drive standardization, automation and transformation (including GenAI)

• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities

• Define and execute change management strategies, adoption plans and metrics

• Ensure compliance, risk management and internal controls are embedded in processes

• Lead Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives and End‑to‑End projects

• Analyze, monitor and report business outcomes and change metrics

• Coach and train teams on process excellence and problem‑solving practices

• Lead Delivery Excellence assessments on maturity, behaviors and operational rigor

• Support transitions to ensure Start Green, Stay Green

• Drive remediation actions and best practice adoption

Qualifications Required

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of project / process improvement experience

• Experience working with End‑to‑End processes (PTP)

• Client‑facing experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Advanced English written and spoken.

Preferred

• Experience with change management, automation and analytics

• Knowledge of controls, compliance and risk management

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint
