We’re looking for an ambitious CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at Accenture Song. Building on Accenture Song’s recent acquisition of TMW (Unlimited) and Momentum, this role supports the expansion of advanced account‑based marketing (ABM), CRM, and AI‑enabled communications capabilities into the Irish market. The role brings together CRM, account‑based marketing, data, and AI‑driven marketing enablement to help leading brands transform how they engage priority accounts, personalise customer journeys, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond campaign execution and develop deep expertise in CRM‑led growth, lifecycle design, and marketing enablement, working alongside senior CRM leaders, strategists, and delivery teams to help shape how CRM and account‑based marketing are designed and delivered for complex organisations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Enablement
- Support the development of CRM‑ and account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned to client growth objectives.
- Translate business and account objectives into CRM‑led and ABM‑led engagement approaches.
- Contribute to customer and account lifecycle design, journey frameworks, and use‑case definition.
- Support strategic thinking on how CRM and ABM work together to drive account value, retention, and growth.
Platform & Solution Expertise
- Research and support recommendations across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Support the design of ABM‑enabled CRM solutions, including data models, segmentation, and activation approaches.
- Help shape solution options, capability roadmaps, and functional requirements based on client maturity.
- Advise on best practices across CRM and ABM orchestration, including data foundations, journeys, and activation models.
Delivery Support & Optimisation
- Work alongside strategists, architects, and delivery teams to support CRM and ABM programme delivery.
- Support the execution and optimisation of account‑based journeys and CRM‑led campaigns.
- Analyse campaign, journey, and account‑level performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement through insight generation, reporting, and performance reviews.
Collaboration & Contribution
- Act as a connector across strategy, data, technology, creative, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to ABM‑ and CRM‑focused workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities.
- Support the creation of clear, structured documentation and client‑ready recommendations.
- Help clients move from fragmented execution to coordinated, CRM‑ and ABM‑led engagement models.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, CRM, ABM, marketing technology, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of CRM‑led marketing, account‑based marketing, and lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting or delivering CRM and marketing automation programmes.
- Analytical and structured thinker, comfortable working with data, documentation, and problem definition.
- Clear, confident communicator, collaborative and curious, able to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, business, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Hub Spot, Braze, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Interest in CRM solution design, marketing technology, and data‑driven decisioning.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and building deep CRM expertise.
