Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Data Pipelines:

Create and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using Cloudera Data Platform services, including Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka, to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data.

Ensure Data Quality and Integrity:

Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Optimize Data Workflows:

Identify opportunities for optimizing data pipelines for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Implement ETL Processes:

Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data between different systems

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:

Investigate and resolve data-related issues, providing support to analytics and business teams.

Required Skills and Experience: Cloudera Data Platform:

Strong experience with Cloudera Data Platform and its core services like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.

Data Engineering Fundamentals:

Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

Programming Languages:

Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java for data processing and scripting.

Cloud Technologies:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
