・講師を務める社員やベンダーが研修目的に沿った講義が実施できるようサポートする。

・研修のファシリテートをする。

・実施した研修の要改善事項をグローバル及び日本の研修企画チームに連携する。

◆応募要件

・1年以上の研修運営の業務経験

・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

・英語でのメールのやり取りに支障のないレベルのReading/Writing

◆ 望ましい経験・スキル

・日常会話レベル以上のListening/Speakingの英語力

・研修講師の経験

・イベント運営経験
