Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business solutions that support organizational goals and enhance overall performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Agility.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in designing and documenting business processes and future state solutions.
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex organizational environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Agility.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
