Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and reliability within the cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with evolving business strategies.
• Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting within cloud environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies and access controls to safeguard cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and threat prevention techniques.
• Ability to analyze security incidents and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in integrating security solutions with cloud platforms to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
