We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and HCM Data Loader (HDL). The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and support of technical components in Oracle HCM Cloud, working in close collaboration with functional teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy HCM Extracts, BIP/XML Publisher Reports, HDL, and Fast Formulas across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
Support data conversions, integrations, and reporting activities during Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support engagements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to extracts, reports, and data loads.
Document technical design and configurations as per Accenture s quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Participate in unit testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning of technical components.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

3 5 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
Hands-on experience in:
HCM Extracts (Design, Mapping, Delivery)
BI Publisher Reports (BIP)
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, etc.)
Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model.
Good working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
Experience in global Oracle Cloud implementations or support projects.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM security roles and privileges.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification (technical track) is a plus.

Additional Information:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
