The position demands a balance of technical insight, business understanding, and clear communication to drive impactful outcomes and enhance organizational reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities and foster continuous learning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Success Factors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP Success Factors framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Recruiting.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
