Summary:

As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Owns specific applications or modules within Service Now
• Strond Technical skills of one or more Service Now application.
• Work within existing architecture and standards
• Designs component-level solutions (focused scope)
• Converts requirements into high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)
• Contributes to design reviews and technical discussions
• Follows established governance and best practices
• Mentor s junior developers
• Has experience in interface-level integration design (REST/SOAP)
• Seeks alignment and approval from senior architects for key decisions

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and processes.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
