Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, managing timelines and resources effectively while adapting to evolving project needs and challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure the delivery of scalable and maintainable software solutions by following best practices and coding standards.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Py Spark.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
• Experience in writing efficient and optimized code for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and pipeline development using Py Spark.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in data workflows and application logic.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and their integration with big data technologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Py Spark.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
