Summary:

As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture, planning how data will be stored efficiently, and ensuring seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and scalability, while collaborating with different stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
• Experience with data integration strategies and tools to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable data architectures.
• Familiarity with data storage solutions and performance optimization methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
