Senior Lab Vantage LIMS Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Experience:

12+ years in IT
7–10+ years in Lab Vantage LIMS implementation, customization, and support
Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Lab Vantage LIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders.
Design scalable Lab Vantage solutions and technical architecture.
Configure and customize Lab Vantage modules, including:
Sample Management
Stability
Inventory
Specifications
Workflow Management
Develop custom solutions using Java, Groovy, SQL, XML, and REST APIs.
Integrate Lab Vantage with SAP, MES, ELN, SDMS, ERP, and laboratory instruments.
Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Mentor development teams and establish coding standards.
Coordinate with QA, validation, infrastructure, and business teams.
Support Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory compliance activities.
Manage deployments, upgrades, and production support.
