	Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless operations.
	Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
	Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
	Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

	A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
	Advanced proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
	Intermediate proficiency in Appdynamics APM.
	Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

	Advanced knowledge of performance monitoring tools.
	Intermediate experience in incident response strategies.
	Expertise in system optimization techniques.
	Mastery of data analysis for performance improvement.
