Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with strong knowledge of external workforce management and vendor management systems (VMS). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Fieldglass modules. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices

Key Responsibilities:

-Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work (SOW), Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management.
-Gather business requirements and translate them into Fieldglass configurations and workflows.
-Work with stakeholders to design business rules, approval workflows, and integrations.
-Support integration with SAP, Workday, Ariba, or other HR/Procurement systems.
-Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
-Provide production support and issue resolution.
-Work closely with vendors, procurement teams, and HR teams for workforce lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

-5–8+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation/support.
-Strong understanding of Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement.
-Experience with Fieldglass configuration, business rules, and workflow setup.
-Knowledge of system integrations (API, middleware, SAP/HR systems).
-Good understanding of procurement and external workforce processes.
-Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Beeline or Workday.
-Experience in global deployments or multi-country rollouts.
-Certification in SAP Fieldglass (preferred but not mandatory).

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
• This position is based at our Gurugram client office, and to work from client site 3 days/week
• A 15 years full time education is required.
