What will you do?

· Support Financial Services business development, pipeline creation and proposals

· Lead project delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management

· Craft market, client and competitor insight via immersive and data driven analysis

· Formulate corporate, BU and sales and service strategies and propositions

· Design business models, operating model design and business architecture

· Perform value architecture to outline cost benefit insights for opportunities

· Support delivery of experience, digital and AI / Gen AI led transformation, working closely with our other services (e.g. Accenture Song, and Technology,)

· Play an active role in building the Financial Services practice and community

Who and what we are looking for?

· 5 years+ experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (MBB, Big 4)

· Deep understanding and experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth)

· Bachelors Degree (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering, Other)

· Solid foundational consulting skills (issue-based problem solving, structured communication, value analysis, relationship management, storytelling)

· Fluent understanding of opportunities Technology, AI and Gen AI present

· Strong problem-solving abilities and balance of conceptual and practical thinking

· Keen interest in taking solutions to market, from concept to execution

· Curious nature, positive attitude and strong team player
