Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and delivering timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical software applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial software systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Ability to work with various business modules and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
