As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. This position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in customizing and extending packaged or software as a service applications using low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques to connect various systems.
• Ability to manage application lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and release management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
