Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
• Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and operating model design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
