Summary:

Offshore Lead responsible for managing L2/L3 application and production support for airline domain systems. Leads offshore teams supporting .NET applications, SQL Server, and server/application environments while ensuring SLA and ITIL compliance. Acts as the primary coordination point between onshore and offshore teams, facilitating smooth communication, handovers, and issue resolution. Handles client coordination, incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis. Ensures high availability of critical airline applications and continuous service improvement.
