This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience with advanced debugging and performance tuning in SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to SAP HANA.
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable custom solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP landscapes.
• Competence in code review processes and enforcing coding standards.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
