By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM/10:00- 19:00 in a hybrid setup for our office in Bucharest / Brasov or fully remote if you are from another city form Romania.
How you’ll make an impact:

Solves situations related to policies and holders clients third party providers collaborators queries with the help of specific HR procedures;

Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms objectives set by the direct manager;
-
Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;
-
Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management satisfaction;
-
Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;
-
Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur;
The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.

Skills that make your work successful:

Good knowledge of Dutch and English, B2 level;

Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or Administration is nice to have;

Negotiation skills;

Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;

Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;
-
Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
