Summary:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves driving performance improvements through strategic analysis and identifying areas of financial or operational concern. The role requires continuous monitoring of organizational health and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure sound financial decision-making. This position demands a proactive approach to uncovering insights that support the overall profitability and sustainability of the organization, while maintaining a focus on long-term financial goals and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between finance and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities and understanding of financial planning.
• Support the development and implementation of financial models to forecast business performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models that aid in decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
