Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals, while continuously evaluating and improving processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the IT environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and system integration within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Experience in coordinating with diverse teams to deliver comprehensive project outcomes.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Project System modules.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
