Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands active involvement in aligning technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and continuously monitoring project progress to deliver scalable and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software development processes and product innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in leading and managing software development teams to achieve project objectives.
• Familiarity with integration of various software components and third-party services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
