As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges that impact project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within SAP environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex software landscapes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
