As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while managing potential risks and scope changes. The position focuses on maintaining high standards of service quality and cost efficiency, fostering collaboration among teams, and driving the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role includes supporting business growth by contributing innovative approaches and ensuring excellence in delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in managing financial processes and integrating accounting functions with technology solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology strategies.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
