Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors and manages the testing process by defining and implementing key performance metrics, ensuring effective test execution, and facilitating timely defect resolution. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement of quality processes are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, principles, and best practices within software quality assurance.
• Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key quality metrics to monitor test progress and product quality.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
• Competence in managing defect lifecycle and facilitating effective resolution processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
