Cadastral Survey Technician

We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify property owners and rights holders based on land registry and tax records, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

• Conduct direct contact with landowners, prioritizing face‑to‑face interactions in the field.

• Present and clearly explain the planned intervention, including electrical line routes, structure locations, constraints, easements and land impacts.

• Negotiate and obtain authorizations, easement agreements and access rights required for the execution of works.

• Identify, record and characterize constraints, impacts and potential damages to properties affected by infrastructure works.

• Collect, formalize and manage all required documentation (signatures, contact records, evidence) and keep land parcel and ownership databases up to date.

• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with proven ability to work in field‑based roles.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt language to different profiles (e.g. rural landowners, corporate entities, public stakeholders).

• High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility and organizational skills.

• Resilience and persistence in complex or sensitive negotiation contexts.

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

• Experience in land management for infrastructure projects (preferably electrical networks) is a plus.

• Knowledge of land registry and cadastral processes in Portugal is a plus.

• Experience in direct contact with landowners and negotiation of authorizations and easement agreements is a plus.
