What would you do? Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensure compliance and drive continuous process improvements. Bank Complaints team is responsible for processing Customer Complaints related to all processes, services, regulatory violations, and overall customer experience. Service Provider to review the complaints, re-summarize, perform call review, document the research and events, provide resolution via email (pre-defined or customized templates) and do case closure as per the agreed procedure. Ability to understand and analyze customer complaints, gather relevant information, and make informed decisions.
