Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business processes. The position demands continuous monitoring, investigation, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of critical applications within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system functionality.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of master data management principles and best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
