In this role, you will work at the intersection of IT, Finance and Strategy, supporting clients in building transparency, improving decision-making and driving real business outcomes from technology spend.

You will be involved in:

• Supporting IT Finance / TBM / Fin Ops transformations for large organizations
• Conducting assessments of IT cost transparency and IT financial management maturity, and defining actionable improvement roadmaps
• Designing and improving IT cost models, service costing and allocation mechanisms (showback / chargeback)
• Helping clients implement or optimize tools such as Apptio to enable better visibility and governance
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across IT and Finance to align on priorities, challenges and solutions
• Translating complex financial and technology data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers
• Supporting the development of governance, processes and ways of working in IT Finance / Fin Ops areas
• This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on shaping how organizations manage technology value.

Here’s what you’ll need

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Finance, TBM, Fin Ops or related areas
• Understanding of IT cost structures, budgeting, forecasting and IT finance processes
• Experience working in consulting, transformation projects or cross-functional environments
• Ability to connect business, finance and technology perspectives
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (storytelling + structured analysis)

Nice to have

• Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM)or Fin Ops frameworks
• Exposure to tools such as Apptio or other IT cost management solutions
• Experience in designing cost allocation models
• Familiarity with cloud cost management concepts
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Fin Ops, TBM)

Working Conditions:

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term,** is required**.
