Summary:

As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect, examine, and interpret diverse client data sets, including customer information, financial records, operational metrics, organizational details, and access channels. This role also encompasses analyzing market data such as competitor activities, product trends, and supplier information. The position requires utilizing a wide array of analytical methodologies and tools to generate both quantitative and qualitative insights that support enhanced business decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align data-driven strategies is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
• Strong expertise in data quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data stewardship and metadata management practices.
• Ability to design and enforce data policies and standards across organizations.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and risk management related to data assets.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data governance initiatives with business objectives.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Data Governance.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
