Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, transaction processing, and industry standards.
• Experience in designing and implementing business architectures that integrate payment solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to payment services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
