Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought after for your expertise, enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and its clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Onboarding.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Onboarding.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
