We are now looking for Banking Delivery Leads on experienced levels.

As a Banking Delivery Lead, you will manage projects or programs and lead the people in the technology project deliveries. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives in the boundaries of Accenture engagement.

Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your project role.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the project, program, or service engagement according to engagement specification and implementation plans
• Track and report work progress, budget, risks to client and Accenture management.
• Lead and support the people in the project engagement, help the talent to grow.
• Foster and nurture client engagement relationship
• Participate on sales and contract management activities.

Professional Requirements:

• Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have 5-10 years of experience in lead positions within Banking & development projects.
• Strong industry knowledge, and understanding how banking processes work
• Good understanding on the different delivery models (agile, scaled agile, waterfall) and different technology implementation methodologies.
• You can utilize and choose the respective KPIs, provide timely and accurate view on the progress for different stakeholders.
• Good communication skills towards the different stakeholders – Client executives, Accenture leadership.
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the banking systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English
• Resident in Sweden
