Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) Consultant

In TS&A, we help clients understand where they are today, define where they want to go, and build a practical roadmap to get there. Our projects span enterprise architecture, operating models, infrastructure, system integration, and delivery of complex technology programs. You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries, modern technologies, and senior stakeholders from day one.

What you’ll do

• Work as part of a project team delivering technology assessments, target-state designs, and transformation roadmaps

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, analyses, and deliverables, with support from senior colleagues

• Collaborate closely with client business and technology leaders to understand their challenges and priorities

• Contribute ideas and recommendations that shape enterprise-wide technology decisions

• Support and mentor junior team members as your responsibilities grow

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across client organizations and Accenture teams, both locally and globally

What we’re looking for

• University degree (IT, engineering, business, or related field)

• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English (spoken and written)

• Around 5 years of experience in consulting or a relevant IT / technology role

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and propose practical solutions

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with project methodologies and structured ways of working

• Willingness to travel to client locations when required
