Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills as you build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring that their business changes are effectively designed and executed.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM and related modules.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Familiarity with data migration processes and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
