Job Description – Docu Sign CLM (AMS Support)
We are looking for a Docu Sign CLM professional with 4–5 years of experience to support and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management applications within an IT Application Management Services (AMS) model. The role involves L2/L2.5 support, minor enhancements, and close collaboration with business and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L2.5 AMS support for Docu Sign CLM, including incident and service request resolution.
Analyze and fix workflow failures, template issues, access issues, and integration errors.
Configure and support CLM workflows, contract templates, clauses, and metadata.
Perform root cause analysis, prepare SOPs, and document recurring issues and fixes.
Support user access management, role setup, and permission troubleshooting.
Coordinate with L3 teams and Docu Sign vendor support for complex issues.
Handle minor enhancements and configuration changes within AMS scope.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational KPIs, and governance processes.
Support integration touchpoints with systems such as Salesforce or downstream applications as applicable.
Participate in production issue reviews, audits, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

4–5 years of hands-on experience in Docu Sign CLM / e Signature.
Strong understanding of CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approvals.
Experience in AMS/support-oriented roles (incident, problem, and change management).
Good communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders.

Docu Sign CLM certification:

15 years full time education
