Summary:

In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This includes guiding the development and deployment of AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires fostering collaboration across various teams to ensure alignment with responsible AI principles. Leadership is demonstrated through advocating for ethical AI practices and steering projects to meet both organizational goals and societal expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability in AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI practices within the organization.
• Develop frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are designed and implemented ethically.
• Mentor junior team members to build expertise in responsible AI methodologies.
• Coordinate with external partners and regulatory bodies to stay updated on evolving ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI & Python
• Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and principles.
• Experience in designing AI systems that comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and accountability mechanisms.
• Skilled in evaluating AI models for fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
