We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that Service Now solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.

  • Stay current with Service Now platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.

  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions

What we’re looking forward to...

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in Service Now development and architecture.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
