Summary:

As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. This role requires envisioning the overall structure of applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and anticipating future needs to support growth and adaptability. The architect collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and crafts innovative frameworks that serve as the foundation for development teams to build robust software products. Continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural designs are integral to maintaining system integrity and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, including microservices, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven design.
• Expertise in integrating diverse systems and technologies to create cohesive solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable application architectures.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
