Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various environments. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications function seamlessly and meet user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
• Experience with application integration and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
