Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are aligned with organizational goals and comply with established standards.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and their integration within software applications.
• Experience in application design, development, and configuration to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
