Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the system components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snap Logic.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and experience in designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services to support deployment and orchestration of applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple system layers.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snap Logic.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
