As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. This role requires assessing the existing business environment, gathering high-level requirements, and designing effective business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing compelling business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Anaplan.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
